Disgusting attitude and service

Kenny was supposed to have come to install a dstv explora and xtraview decoders at my house on the 5/12/2017 at 10am and never pitched or phoned in to announce him not pitching then they came on the 6/12/2017 after 6pm and said they would be here first thing the next morning.

They arrived after 11am on the 7/12/2017 and did the installation of both decoders and tampered with the existing decoder which was in perfect working order and then notified us that we needed to pay a further R1300.00 over and above the voucher that was given through multi choice for the installation of decoders and said they needed to get a splitter box in order to complete installation and were to return the same day of the 7/12/2017 and were never to be seen or heard of again!

The one installer's name is Simon of which he was wearing a Supervisor shirt
