No Branding - No Service - No Feedback - Just quick to sell

Bought a new Gypsey Lite and collected on 28 September - Caravan has no branding - Emailed, called and followed up numerous times, left numerous messages and yet no feedback and no decals. (Last feedback received was on email- 18 October informing that the warehouse are working on skeleton staff and they will inform on when I can get the decals) Thereafter I have been ignored. Manager Jan does not even answer or return calls. Its already 5 November..... I do not understand how new caravans are sold and given to clients without branding not even to mention the terrible (actually non existent) client service after a sale. I definitely do not recommend anyone to make use of Kennis - Rather visit any of the other Leisure World outlets
