Unhappy and still waiting for Deposit Refund

On the 18th October they inform me of the balance of my refund that will b paid out to me. I mail NONELELA DONDOLO (Nox) on the 27 October and she reply that the payment will be today (28 October) Still no refund. If I phone head office nobody answer or they jut transfer me to someone and the the phone go just dead.

I'm defiantly not making use of them again.
