Our experience was good.

We booked an i10. Then just before getting the car we read the reviews and we were so worried that something might go wrong, especially with the deposit. Nothing went wrong.

The car we got was basically brand new, it was amazing. 😁 Because of the worry about the deposit, I called their finance manager, Adele, *** and she was friendly and helpful. We got our deposit back about 30 days after returning the car, like they said we would.

Overall a much more positive experience than we thought it would be.
