Over promise..under performance. Take your money and THEN all the finer details are revealed. Catch upon catch! Promises to keep you and then trying to keep them to their promise is mission impossible. Car and period with car was great! No problem there BUT... once you have bit the hook you are in for a rough /tough ride to get your holding deposit back! Have used rentals internationally! Never this! Also - eventually you find out who you are actually dealing with! To many names/aliasses?.. Kenings Car Rental - trying to get the money back from them. Economy Car Rental - through which booking was made. Who's representative made promises when we picked car up. After you are hooked by cheap rates and paid a deposit you start getting the picture of the nightmare that awaits you... But they have your money...!!!!!!! Green Motion - sending mails to request feedback on our rental experience. Who's representative made promises when we dropped car of. He also confirmed initial promises made The moment your contract ended .... and you are a phone call away from the person you try to get answers from, more and more promises or vague, generic answers are given... With NO results! My advise: use the company with a physical FACE/OFFICE, were you report to and communicate with.... Proper signage and proper faces!
