Highly unprofessional

The worst experience I had. Awaiting my refund for a month. Each day had a different story. Manager not available, backlogs, dropping of calls, not receiving emails I sent, releasing my money to company account etc. Let alone giving me a car tomato tyres which posed a potential danger. There's a lot.
