Dishonest people, and terrible after sales service

Extremely disappointed with Kenings Car Hire. I returned my rental car on 31 October, and despite being promised my R6,300 deposit refund within 7 to 21 working days, it’s now over a month with no refund. Repeated calls and emails have been ignored, and no one has provided any help or updates. Terrible customer service—avoid if you value your time and money.
