Deposit not returned after 6 weeks!!!!

I was kept waiting at the arrivals meeting point for almost 30 minutes and when the rep arrived he said he wasn't sure whether I was coming in on an international or domestic flight so he had been waiting at the wrong point. Then when we went through to the parking garage and I was signing in, I was told, oh sorry, I didn't know you were hiring the car for a month and this car needs a service, so had to travel with a driver to their office in Rhodes field to get another car. Finally, I got on my way. The car was clean and ran well. I returned the car, received an email that said that everything was in good condition but had to pay R68 for e-tolls, which is a farce, but anyway, I was told that I could expect my refund within 14 to 21 working days. After 22 days I started sending emails, WhatsApp messages and calling (from England) to find out when my deposit was going to be refunded????? Eventually Vincent sent an email with an attachment that stated that my refund had been transferred. This sat pending in my account for a week and has now disappeared without going through??? R9000 deposit is not something I'm about to forget!! What an unprofessional group this is!! Definitely NOT the best in South Africa as they state on their website. Will most definitely not be recommending this company to anyone!!!
