Bad service

On 15th December I hired a car at East London and I was given a car that wasn't engaging properly into gears. The car was handed back in on the 18th December in perfect condition.

To-date I have not have not received my deposit back.

I'm told that the payment was done on Friday 30th December but I'm still waiting. I regret ever using your services, never again.
