Bad experience

I hired a car on 28/01/2023. On receiving the car a dent in the front door of the vehicle was identified and marked on the release papers. When they refunded my deposit, after struggling to get the money, they deducted the cost of fixing the dent in the door. I did not take photo's of this when I received the car. So please : make photo's of the car when doing business with this company OR look for another more trustworthy supplier. Trying to convince them that I was not responsible for the damage is just impossible.
