8-ton quoted, but only 1.8 ton loaded - Twice
I was taken for a ride.<br> <br> You have given me a quote for 8-ton with your 8-ton truck but only delivered under 2-ton, so I lost a R3.2K<br> <br> Now I'm going to lodge a complaint with Hello Peter and then with the Ombudsman if you do not reimburse me.<br> <br> Can you inform soonest on your decision please?<br>

As per my mail sent to you on the 15th Feb 2016 at 16:00 pm in which we detailed the vehicle specifications together with tracking proof of your rental referred to above.
Unfortunately we do not have 2 ton trucks in our fleet, we supp**** you with a 8 Ton truck as per your order to us.
