Despite confirming my wedding venue for August 17th, 2024, I received a last-minute call informing me that the venue is no longer available due to an expo event. The suggested alternative, Umgeni Road Temple, is unacceptable and shows a lack of understanding of my wedding vision. With only a few weeks to go, I'm left without a venue and facing significant financial losses from non-refundable service providers. Kendra's team has shown no remorse or effort to rectify the situation. I strongly advise against using their services, as they failed to prioritize my special day and left me in a devastating position.
