Still waiting for payment 3 months later !

I have had an insurance claim open for over 3 months and am still battling to get payment. I signed a release form 9 days ago and when I phoned to query when I will receive payment Audrey says the case is now closed and she does not know when I will get payment and she does not know who I can speak to. How u can close a case when you have not paid up ! <br> I told Audrey that is not good service and she said that's how it is and put the phone down.<br> <br> I hope you realise that you are toying with people's lives and you don't dive a damn !
