Bad workmanship

Kenneth, upon requesting a quote to waterprrof my balcony, he said he will di it and offered a discount, we set a date to do it, the job was badly done, the guy cannot do tiling, no appropriate equipment used. im struggling to get my money back, i have since redone teh balcony and hes avoiding communication.
