CMH Kempster Ford Umgeni review

Please, please stay away from the New car sales division. I searched for a long while for a Ford Raptor which I found at Kempster Umgeni, prices were agreed upon, and the salesman was fine, until we had to speak to the Sales manager, who was rude and condescending, so much so that we canceled the entire sale, right before delivery. The salesman was apologetic for the bad behavior. Delivery was done in a huff and a puff, to the extent that two weeks later I discovered cosmetic faults, which after four months they agreed to repair on "good faith". Now they complain to supply me with an equivalent vehicle to correct the issues that should not have been there in the first place. The negative energy that has been expelled by this business has caused me to once again resent my purchase. Buying a car should be a pleasurable experience, you should be happy, the dealership should make you feel like you have made the right choice in the dealership as well as the brand and vehicle, not make you want to never deal with them again or the brand. We have purchased many brand new vehicles before, but this is the first time I wish I could go back in time and not do it again. Ford needs to look at the dealership in totality and access what needs to change, for me I, and anyone I know off we will never deal with CMH Kempster Ford Umgeni ever again and neither should you.
