Booking for my learners license.

<div>Good morning, I've been trying to book for a slot for my learners license and there seems to be no slots all the time. I gave the department a call and there's no answer. I went to the traffic department to physically book but they told me I should book online but there aren't any slots. I no longer know what to do because I need my learners license done in order to get employment. </div>
