BAD SERVICE

Is it normal practice that all the customers 'MUST' stand and wait outside of the premises when hiring your vehicles?<br> <br> On Friday afternoon we had to wait outside whilst the ID and other supporting documents were made, further to this we had to still stand outside of the house when paying for the rental and not inside the house.<br> <br> On Monday evening the same thing happened when the bakkie was returned, it took no less than 1:30hrs to complete the process and still we had to wait outside in the cold and not allowed inside the premises.<br> <br> I find this level of service extremely shocking and acceptable. <br> <br>
