The service from Kempton Mudguard was pathetic , I actually received my car from them with more problems than I left it there with. <br> My car had accident damage in the rear. When I arrived there to collect my car , they advised me that they will bring my car to the front of the workshop . When I looked in the back of the workshop , I could see my car with the bonnet opened and their workers busy scrambling around trying to fix something on my car. When my car was being brought to the front , the guy driving my car revved my car continuously , I asked him to stop but he refused . Thereafter the car switched off , they proceeded to open the bonnet and I noticed that my battery had been removed . The terminals were loosened on my battery and furthermore the clamp which holds the battery in place was loosened which suggests that they had removed the battery from the car. They presumably used my battery on another vehicle. <br> Further they fitted my bumper on *****ed and when brought this to their attention they merely laughed.<br> Please don't go through the stressful experience that I went through - STAY AWAY!
