Unprofessional Agent

Good day .. Lene from Kempston Properties was very unprofessional and does not even deserve 1 star because she wasted my time today. A viewing was confirmed. I arrived 5 minutes late because of congested traffic encountered close to the refinery which I WhatsApped her about. She just politely told me that the tenant had left. Now how do you give the client a viewing time of 12h45pm and they arrive at 12h50 to be told that the tenant left. I then messaged her to find out when there will be another viewing and I'm still waiting on a response. I'm a managing agent myself and this behavior is unacceptable!
