Supplying the incorrect pirate part.

Had my Chevrolet Captiva towed to them, was diagnosed with faulty fuel pump, they had no stock so they supp**** and fitted an aftermarket pump that does not even supply enough fuel pressure to start the car, I had to then tow it back from Knysna to Cape Town (at my expense) to another Chev agent who supp**** the correct part, so I was charged twice for the same job. After fighting with Kempston Motors for more than a month, they decided to refund the money for the fuel pump but not the labour and I must send the part old part back up to them at my expense. So in a nutshell they are admitting that the part was incorrect but I must pay for their mistakes.<br> Shocking service and attitude, keep up the great work Kempston Chevrolet!
