Service and Timing

Moved to East London, 2 years ago.I drive Puegeot.Booking for workshop is fine,to get your car out is a mission, I have replaced several parts of my car , when its suppose to be ready or for them to call me back on the status of the service , they have a nochalant appoach.At one point to put in a starter took roughly 45minutes, but I had to wait for 48 hours, until I went to the workshop myself and requested why was it taking long. Wesley is an awesome guy, he tried to help and rushed the guys to do it.Today I had to call 13h20, to find out how far the the fixing up of some water pump, only to get the lady to say their busy with it , and 3mins later she phone that I am not receiving the car today
