Replacement of Bar links and mountings

<p>I took my car in for replacement of Bar links and mountings to Peugeot east london 5A devereaux avenue , Vincent , East London, on Thursday the 17th of March 2017, and left it there at 07h25am with my keys . And i never got a call from them until i called them to check at16h30 pm in the afternoon. And the lady who asssited me is Robyn Ferreira , asked if i can get a lift home as they are still busy with the shocks. (of which i did not take it there for shocks that day), and unfortunately did not have one so i went there with my own lift, only to find out that they have actually lost my car keys. And i had to go and fetch my son from school, so eventually LeRoy arranged for me to get a Loan vehicle, of which i brought it back on friday morning. Then in the afternoon i knocked off from work but still no kys, they gave me back the loan vehicle from friday till Monday, friday at 16H45pm i received a call that they have got my car keys from one of the clients who brought-in their vehicle for service that day. But i had to keep my car for the weekend. On monday instead of getting a call to come and fetch my car , Ashely Grieb asked if i had my lock-nut key, i just could not believe it - after waiting for such a long time and they have not even started working on my vehicle. So i requested to drop it off on wednesday as tuesday was a public holiday. Then at 07h25 on wednesday i dropped off the nut-lock key. So at long last, at 12h10pm Ashely called to come and fetch my vehicle. Then i dropped off the loan vehicle of which i was refunded for the petrol used. I take my hat off for LeRoy for the help he managed to get me, BUT now when i fetched my vehicle, there was a funny noise when i drove - off, i had to go back and report the problem, Ashley called the mechanic to test drive it for me and check, and the mechanic said it is a GEARBOX problem, of which in order for them to tell me exactly what is the problem they had to strip it and have a look. so i drove off, and today thursday the problem got worse, and the noise, so i again to it to them, of which LeRoy took a drive to test and he could hear the BAD sound as soon as he went it on 1st gear. And he said i must come back in April for them to check exactly what is wrong with my gearbox. My problem is that, when i took my car in for Replacement of bar links and mountings, it had a noise in the exhaust pipe, not gearbox. Now i am unable to even drive the car as it is difficult for me to change to increase speed, and there is a huge noise that is scary when i drive- i am not clued up with cars as i am a lady- but when i took my car in , it was not like that, i have been driving this vehicle since 2007. So i am really helpless in this matter , i need this sound to be sorted out urgently and i dont know who to speak to for HELP!!!!!!</p>
