Car service taken over a week

Unsatisfactory customer service with the service centre for Peugeot in East London,I did speak to Lindsay Bouchier, this is my second response to hellopeter.I even went as far as noting to head office Puegeot's atrociuos service.I booked my car for services,got quotes on the costs of this,scheduled booking, delivered the car on the 9/12.Today is the 16/12, still don't have my vehicle back.Called on the 10,11,14,15.All this time I called to find out feedback of the car, the only feedback I received was on the 11.Now this is a concern, given a benefit of a doubt
