CAR PROBLEMS WORSE AFTER REPAIRS- Kempston motor group trust

<p>I took my car in for replacement of bar links and mountings on thurday the 17th</p> <p>Left my keys with receptionist Robyn Ferreira at 7h25am</p> <p>Called to follow up at 4h30pm as i never got a call from them</p> <p>She asked me if i can be able to catch a lift home as they are still busy with my car- (shocks not finished)</p> <p>of which it was not there for shock absorbers- got a sense that something is not right there(SHE **** TO ME)</p> <p>I called for a lift to fetch me from work- and the guy i spoke to asked if i have my keys? how come?</p> <p>I had a sense that something is not right- i ended up catching my own lift there- and apparantly my keys got lost</p> <p>I had to fetch my kid after school - so LeRoy sorted out the whole problem with intergrity and i was given a loan vehicle.</p> <p>AFTER WAITING FOR WHOLE DAY - THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT ON TIME</p> <p>So i had to bring it again on friday morning- of which lended back in the afternoon</p> <p>Eventually they found my keys from one of the clients who went in for service - on friday afternoon</p> <p>I had to keep the loan vehicle until monday</p> <p>I was so dissapointed on monday when Ashely Grieb called me to request my nut-lock key- i was hoping to get my vehicle by then- so i had to bring it on wednesday the 22nd as tuesday was a public holiday</p> <p>I dropped it off at 7h25am, and 12h10pm i received a call that i can come and fetch the vehicle</p> <p>When i fetched the vehicle - there is a noise and i let Ashely Grieb know, and he requested one of the mechanic to test drive the vehicle- and he said there is a problem with the gearbox.</p> <p>But in order to let me know what exactly is the problem - i must take it in for them to check</p> <p>But the sound was getting worse this morning i took it back for them to see what exactly is the problem</p> <p>I was aware of the problem of the noise before i took it to them - it was making a noise on the exhaust pipe a different one that is has now.</p> <p>Now they can only look at it on the 3rd april - and i am scared of the noise as it is getting worse from them- i dont trust them anymore now as they **** firstly to me about my keys- now they lie again with my car problem, i want them to fix this problem as it came from them like this</p> <p>I am really not happy - as a lady i am being taken advantage in this situation</p> <p>I have been driving this car since 2007, and i know my vehicle , i am also an adult to lie if i know my car had a problem, i need them to fix the problem they caused urgently</p>
