Kempston Auto Nightmare

So in September 2018, I used this company to move a vehicle from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The car left here in immaculate condition. I got a call the next evening at around 10pm, from SAPS, saying my car was in an accident. The guy I dealt with, Louis Van Greenen then called me to say I dont need to stress as I took out insurance when booking my car in. His driver wrote the car off, hitting a ***!!!!! (I wonder how fast he was going!!) It then took emails back and forth for about 3 months, to hear that my insurance claim was NOT approved....this is after paying extra for insurance to them for transporting my vehicle. The claim was handled through a company called Overberg Wealth and Risk Management

It is now a year later and I just got a call from SMD Cape Town, saying I owe them R44000 for storage since last year.

Kempston hasnt even made contact with me in this last year. I wasnt even notified that my car was now at SMD Cape Town.
