Delayed feedback

Very disappointed as to the lack of feedback. The purpose of having a broker should make your claim hassle free, but this is not what I'm getting from Kempston Insurance Brokers Port Elizabeth. After 2 weeks of submitting a claim, I had to phone the Insurance myself only to hear that no claim was submitted by my broker.<br> This is not acceptable, and I will definitely start looking at a new broker.
