Refuse to help mother of son that had IOD and sadly passed away.

My son Had an IOD whilst at work, and sadly passed away recently. Now the Kempston Group does not want to co-operate with Workman's compensation so that I his mother can claim his Workman's money he never received. I am widowed and need that money to live.
