Dissatisfied

So I'm a member of Imatu workers Union and have a loan with the union under Kempston, now my loan with them was supposed to be done last month (February)2023 but to my surprise they deducted on my March payslip 2023 . Obviously inquired with them and was told refunds will be done by the end of the week, in honestly annoyed because I need the money asap and I've just received a bad experience with this company
