WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!, BEWARE NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. Bought a new FORD WILDTRACK from Motor City in January, spent almost R560 000, driven for only 14000km , and the vehicle experienced problems in taking gears, had taken the vehicle to Kempster Ford Umgeni Road, spoke to a lady by the name of BIANCA GAREEB, and was told that eventhough that my vehicle was under a full service warranty and motor plan, i will have to pay R14000 to repair the vehicle, and that the vehicle will be ready within 1 week. Which meant that i will be able to collect the vehicle on the 29 November 2017 before 5pm, without being updated at all throughout the week, i had called in on Wednesday to ask if the vehicle is ready, they said they were about to call me and let me know that it will not be ready , and that it will be ready on Thursday at 2pm, today i called at 13:30 , they now delay me and tell me only at 15:30 the vehicle will be ready.

DON'T EVER BUY ANY FORD VEHICLES OR DEAL WITH KEMPSTER FORD !!!!!!!! BRAND-NEW VEHICLE ONLY 14000KM AND ALREADY NEEDS REPAIRS , AND THAT TO REPAIRS COST R14 000!

I AM SCARED TO EVEN KEEP THE VEHICLE ONCE I GET IT BACK. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE OR ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN , AS THEY HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE, AND WE MUST CHASE AFTER THEM .

I WILL MAKE SURE I WILL TAKE IT TO THE EXTREME!!!!
