Spare key not given

I bought a ford ranger last year Nov - Dec at Ford Gezina. I was promised a spare key and to date I still dont have it 3 installments later. How is this a fair practice if the bank pays the dealership the full amount and I dont get what I am paying for.

I would like this issue finalised so I know if I am dealing with professional organisation or one that only lies to clients just to get sales and after sales is no longer there.\

Donald Phago was the sales person assisting me and I have emails and sms's with requests for the spare key. My last conversation with him refers to the keys they wanted from me which I Ultimately refused to provide as it was my only leverage to get what I paid for. But even this has proved useless and I need help.
