Ridiculous company policy

<p>What kind of policy does Ford have that when you take your vehicle for repairs, if the amount is more then 10k,you need to pay the full amount before they can even start fixing your vehicle. After offering R10500 for them to atleast start with the repairs, we was told that they need the full amount before they can even do anything, so we told them ok can we give the balance of 5k on Monday when we pick up the vehicle, that guy just politely told us no, I'm sorry but that's the company policy, how ridiculous is this, the car is still in their possession, it's not like we taking it before we going to pay. If people do tiling for you eg, you pay deposit and the balance once the job is done, so who came up with this irritating policy. This is just not fair, I mean we gave them R10500, why couldn't they atleast order the parts and start fixing the vehicle. This is very disappointing, so don't expect any stars from me</p>
