PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>After months of searching for the right car i finally find one through CMH Kempster Ford, i test drove it and all went well, had continous contact with the sales guy, and sent through all the paper work for the finance of the vehicle, was sent a message to tell me that everything was recieved. Now the sitting and waiting in anticipation on collecting my new car..... after no contact on what was happening i sent him a message just to let him know no to load extras onto the car, and the reply i got was " that car is now sold" what a dissapointment that was, no customer service at all, was not informed of what was going on with my application, and they couldnt even be decent enough to tell me they have now sold the car to someone else..... Dont deal with them as they make and exciting time a complete let down. I tried calling to get answers but that just proved to be the same as the service they provide. They answer your calls but dont actually speak to you, or ask you to hold, all you hear is them chatting in the back ground and laughing while you proceed tol hold the line in the hopes that they may actually pick up the phone, it is by far the worst experience i have ever encountered, if you want to make bying a car satisfactory dont buy from them....your serive is pathetic</p>
