Non Disclosure of Information: Ford Credit and Ford Kempster Motors

<p>Signed a Pre Agreement and Quotation with Ford Credit through their dealer Kempster Ford Umgeni Road. the financial details were all agreed upfront and invoiced amount confirmed. During signature of Agreement, they slipped in a value added Dent and Scratch Agreement which I unknowlingly signed and only picked it up that evening when I was going through the contract. I immediatley contacted them and they had the Agreement re drawn which I signed. However, Ford Credit still charging me the monthly instalment and despite several emails to the dealer and Ford Credit, they just ignore and fail to respond. This is totally unacceptable where they deceive the customer and then ignore complaints. Very poor servive from 2 large corporate companies. The lady at Ford Credit is ,Margaret and no joy from her. I am now resorting to reversing the debits until resolved.</p>
