Kempster Ford service

Had my Ford Territory in for faulty Brake Master Cylinder. The part was obviously not in stock and the car had to stay at ford for 2+ weeks. But this seems to be the norm in South Africa. Anyway, when I was contacted to take delivery of the car after it was fixed the following was found to be wrong. 1. The entire infotainment system LCD was not working. This meant that the Radio/CD and Climate control and Trip computer was not working. The screen was completely off. After a 15 min fiddling a fuse was to blame. Another issue was that the car was not idling correctly. It was missing. My question is how do you drive the car from your service bay to the client pick-up are and not notice the miss and the faulty screen???? After the screen was fixed I was given the car that was still not idling correctly. The technician told the service consultant that the car is very low on Fuel and I need to put in at least R300 of fuel and that should sort out the problem. What absolute bull. I did add fuel and limped home with a sputtering 4-5 out of 6 cylinders working. At home I removed the spark plugs only to find water droplets that caused the spark to jump. No thanks to Ford.
