Ford sells you a ticket to your death

<p>I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta 1.4 ambiente. This past Friday my brakes failed on me causing damage to my car! I just serviced my car about 4 - 5 months ago and they failed to notify me that my brakes have any life span on it! I had to swerve off the road and I damaged my windscreen, buckled 2 rims and scratched my wheel cap! If I had not swerved a car was going to smash into me at a stop street! Is Ford trying to **** us? Is Ford worried about the safety of their customers? I called Neville at Ford Umhlanga (service manager) and he tells me there is nothing he can do but skim my disks since I hadn't brought my Ford to him after calling him. How did he expect me to drive my car all the way? To think I was considering buying another Ford. I rather move on to another car brand! Ford could have got me ****ed! And they don't even want to compensate me at least half way for damages! </p>
