FORD CAR SERVICE

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>please help, i brought the car to the garage for service only nothing else at ford in randburg , hill street for service on the 1March 2017, when i take the car to them the door was not working but i was able to lock and unlock it properly and i was aware of that as i was going to fix the door at a later stage, i didnt ask them to fix it for me, the car was just there for service only nothing else. I was able to lock all doors and the drivers door handle was loose as i broke it by mistake in 2016, when i go to fetch my car,the handle was fixed however they messed up everything as i am unable to lock my car now,the key can only turn to one side meaning when i lock or unlock it. it locks all other 4 doors excluding the drivers door, I went back to them on thursday 2 March 2017 to inform them about what they did, they checked the car and asked me to return the car on monday ofwhich i did, instead of fixing my door they told me about the amount that i am supposed to pay to fix the door, i told them that i didnt ask to fix the door, they messed it up. my car is still not fixed, i still cant lock the drivers door, its unsafe for me to leave my car unattended as the door is messed up. I spoke to the guy that help with booking for car service he said its out of his hands , he cant help with anything, i should liase with the management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help. </p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p>Buyisiwe.</p>
