Efficient, Prompt and Outstanding Service

The turbo charger of my 2013 Ford Fiesta TDCI was making a whining sound. I called Nolan Govender, the service advisor and explained the problem to him, and he advised me to take the car to them for inspection. I took the car in and it was checked by the workshop floor supervisor, who test drove the car and informed me that the turbo charger was damaged and required replacement. Nolan Govender thereby immediately started the process of arranging for a new turbo charger to be installed in my car, under warranty. Once approval was obtained, Nolan called and informed me that he had placed an order for a new turbo charger, which was expected to arrive the next day. He called me the following day and confirmed that he had received the new part, and that I could take the car in the next morning for it to be fitted. As promised, the new turbo charger was then fitted into my car. Thanks a million Nolan Govender and your workshop team for the excellent service received.
