Bad customer service they all about the money

I sent my vehicle on this above branch for service during the day the guy or consultant advisor called me to tell me the vehicle is ready for pick up. When got there took the car home on my way I checked the vehicle has not been changed bulbs on the front light and break light.but on the invoice its charged and they noted on the invoice all lights checked.now when I call this branch always lines are down. Then I check the service book its not filled. But I asked the guy if the book is filled he said yes. Now what else are they misleading customers about,since they lie about things I can see what about mechanical things that they claim they done.called the service manager his number goes straight to voicemail . What if I get the ticket
