Zero Customer Satisfaction!!!! I used to believe your branch was the best but nolonger!!!!!!

I called in road side assistance for my vehicle yesterday as it was not starting, my insurance sent out a flat bed and picked up my vehicle, my vehicle was delivered today on 11-10-2021 to CMH Kempster Ford Durban South at 274 Solomon Mahlangu Dr, Bluff, Durban, 4052, i was advised that my vehicle will only be looked at in 2-3 weeks, this is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience!! In my my car was sent to the same branch to sort out a wiring issue caused by rodents, the only reason i am sending it back to this branch is because they did my wiring which is still under 6 months and should still be under some guarantee, i cannot wait 2 to 3 weeks just to be looked into and then wait further while they resolve without having a vehicle! If you cant see to it till then then provide me with a courtesy car to use :) i will not incur costs on myself because you cannot look into it till that time, is client satisfaction not important to you? Further to this you cannot ask me what should i do about your other clients that have their cars at your branch that is not my problem and has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I expect feedback before close of business today or i will take this higher, ***
