Refusal to replace car parts

Ford Durban South need a jerk up. I have been told several vague stories about a warranty claim for my bakkie which I have taken to them on the 21st July 2026 for services and some part replacements. Today 28 July 2026, they still do not give me full details why they are rejecting to replace parts because the vehicle is till under warranty. Is this how these car dealers operate? This is pathetic!!! to say the least.
