Lies, Empty Promises

I bought a Vehicle with CMH Kempster Ford, firstly I found the vehicle to have many faults, I had a tyre issue with them, which I forced them to fix. After much haul, they did. My brake discs were worn out, I bought the vehicle with a screeching sound, I reported it to them, they haven't assisted. One of the salesman, told me that if I brought in another customer, they would pay me a spotters fee. I brought them customers, and when they had to keep their end of the deal of R1000, they told me that how can a working lady be nagging over R1000. After much begging calling endlessly, their employee sent me R500. I asked him is that what we had agreed on, he said I must just leave him alone. I guess principles aren't a thing with them, as there is a lot going on in that dealership that we all know.
