Kempster ford terrible service.

I had baught a ford ranger 2.2 2014 Pre-owned vehicle understandable But the faults that came with the van were not noted in the add And they have taken my van to fix but the van comes back with same faults If i had to fix these faults out off my own pocket i would have to send it to them for them to fix but they do not want to do it from thier side once and for all sort them out. Also they have given me attitude about the entire situation leaving my messages on read and over the phone fighting with me that it is a pre-owned vehicle, the point is if i had been made known off the faults i would off thaught twice before buying it.
