Ford Edwin Swales most pathetic at service delivery

There are no words to describe how awful this dealership is. From being mocked by staff, to having to have my car kept due to a filtration system they should have been able to pick up when the service was done initially last week, to having to have no car again for another few days while they sort out what they should have done last week. Driving with an unsafe vehicle with my kids straight after a service is so irresponsible when Ford should have picked up all issues. Their staff are completely comfortable in mocking and laughing at customers when they complain and the managers seem to allow it. Never had any issues with BMW , VW and Toyoto. But Ford endless issues from inception of purchase of a brand new vehicle... absolutely horrific service !!! Never buy a ford ever!! Especially not this dealership!!! Horrid behavior
