Disappointed

The most disappointing experience ever. Been having issues with my car which I now have for two years, everytime I note an issue it’s been said to me that it will either get repaired or they awaiting a part , which either takes forever to come or is forgotten. There is no sense of urgency or importance. The lack of communication is nonexistent because I had to constantly call or if I was told I’d receive a call it never happened until I hounded them. Yesterday I was expected to receive a call from the service provider regarding a courtesy vehicle I called thrice in a 1 hour time period During the calls I was told he was either one a call or he dialed out, so my question was how is it that every other call is important except mine?? Am I less important or just sparing me two minutes from 60 minutes too hard. But to my surprise I received that call but from another lady stating that the gentleman had left for the day. What kind of professionalism is this? I honestly feel that their levels of customer service is revolting and nothing seems to be getting done regarding this matter.
