CMH Kempster Ford Durban South - Poor Service

I had experienced an issue with my Ford Fiesta engine malfunction warning light coming on the dash. My car is still under the factory warranty. I was advised by another Ford dealer to take the car in to the nearest branch but avoid switching it off as this would clear the fault. I took the risk of having my car idling in the parking and approached the service advisors at reception. They refused to assist saying they were under staffed due to two staff members being infected with COVID-19 and I should take the car back to where I had it last serviced, they would probably give me first pruority. I had explained that this was the issue I was having and asked if I should continue using the car that way, they said I should have the car booked in if I want it checked. This is the worst service I have ever received, no interest whatsoever, a don't care attitude and very unhelpful people. I will never support this branch or advise anyone to do so.
