Always ready to go the extra mile

I have been a client of Kempster Ford Bluff for approximately 15 years now. In this time I have always traded in my vehicles & serviced with them.

There is a reason why I keep going back. Their service levels have not changed in all this time. They are always helpful, friendly & ready to go the extra mile.

I would like to especially mention Ash from their service department. Ash is hands down, their biggest asset. He remembers my husband & I. He always has a kind word & makes us feel valued as clients. If Ash tells me that my car needs something, I know that it’s legitimate. He will never make me pay for something that I don’t need.

When I serviced my car last week, he introduced me to Crystal. Initially I was hesitant to deal with someone else, but oh my word: she was absolutely amazing! So friendly & caring, giving me regular updates along the way.

If anything, I will keep going back for Ash & now Crystal as well.
