Worse service Ever from an Estate Agent

Since I have been with Kemprent for over a year now I get charged R50 a month for admin fee on top of all the charges which already gets charged for not doing anything. I never received a statement until November 2014. They chase the electricity company to pay back my deposit since I moved out but they are sitting with my deposit and now I get told I have to wait three weeks for my water and lights deposit to be paid back although they have the final account from the company who handles the electricity. This money should have been paid over to them but this was never done. <br> <br> They didn't even do an inspection on my place as per the contract but made it my problem. I would never use Kemprent again in my life and will not recommend them to anyone.
