Stay away

Bad bad bad service. Does not make any effort to deliver instructions to tenants and no attempt whatsoever to collect monthly rent unless the owner phones them up to inquire about rent not being deposited. When tenants are in arrears, they make no effort to collect arrears and reprimand tenants .... good at making promises, but does not bother to keep them.
