Service is terrible and a lie

I logged a call that my kelvinator washing machine broke down and I've not even had it for a year.<br> I called and they sent messages but never contacted me for 7 days. I then called to check up on the progress no one had an answer they promise to call and then never call you back. Then I get an SMS stating the job is finished which is ******* because no one came through and no one even called me. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE.
