Rusted Fan

I bought a Kelvinator stove on the 23 May 2015 at Game. To my disgust the fan was completed rusted.<br> <br> I phoned the callcenter where I was informed that I had to wait for a technician who would need to come out and inspect it and then write up a report and then the request would need to be be logged.<br> <br> What report do they need to submit as you can clearly see that the fan is rusted,<br> <br> <br> How dare they sell a \new stove"with the rust.<br> <br> I am not interested in their processes.
